Lake Birina ( Croatian Jezero Birina ) is located in the south of Croatia , near the town of Ploče on the right side of the Neretva Delta mouth in the Dubrovnik-Neretva County .
The lake is 0.75 km long and 0.30 km wide. It has a connection to a tributary of the Neretva and is at sea level.
