Biriwa harbor

Biriwa is a fishing village on the Gulf of Guinea in the Mfantsiman District of the Central Region of Ghana . The place is 14 kilometers east of the city of Cape Coast and 5 kilometers west of Anomabo .

There is a vocational school for craftsmen in the village, which was financed from German donations, and since 2005 a medical center, the Baobab Medical Center . The village is developed for tourism, there is a German-run hotel and a campsite.
