Birkentalmühle
The Birkentalmühle was a water mill near Blankenburg (Harz) on the northern edge of the Harz .
history
The mill was operated by the water from the Goldbach , which was dammed near the mill building. In the area around the former mill, several residential buildings were built that were used as a post holiday home in GDR times and are now partially empty. Since 2004, a bridge on federal highway 6 has been crossing the valley here.
