The pear tree varnish is a salt varnish in the Austrian Seewinkel east of the Neusiedlersee , on the border between Apetlon and Podersdorf am See .
nature
The trough-like depression is about 1000 m long and 500 m wide. The depth is about 50 cm. Since it is only filled by surface water, it has dried out more often in summer.
