The Biscoe Head is a headland on the south coast of South Georgia . It marks the northeast boundary of the entrance to Drygalski Fjord .

The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 2009. It is named after the RRS John Biscoe , research vessel of the British Antarctic Survey from 1956 to 1991.
