Biscopinghof , Bischopinchof or Bispinghof means court of the bishop. The Biscopinghöfe were directly subordinate to the Bishop of Munster. In addition to the Bispinghof in Münster, other Bispinghöfe are known in the Münsterland , including the Bispinghof in Nordwalde , the Richthof in Billerbeck and the Bispinghöfe in Nottuln-Uphoven .

The Bishop of Utrecht is also known to have a biscoping farm in Lonneker .
