The Bismarck Mountains are a striking mountain range in Namibia , they are located around 5 km south of Windhoek Hosea Kutako Airport . The Bismarck Mountains represent the eastern extension of the Auas Mountains and extend over an area of around 15 km². The highest peak has a height of 2289 m .
To the east of the Bismarck Mountains lie the Ziegenberge ( 1978 m ), further south the Rosaberg ( 2067 m ).
