Bistaar is a multifunctional cultural center in the city of Chittagong , in the district of Mehedibag. It was opened on December 29, 2014 and is primarily intended to give young artists the chance to present themselves. It is subordinate to the Chittagong Arts Trust and is managed by Alam Korshed.

In addition to two exhibition rooms and the administrative areas, the complex has a small library with reading room, a balcony and a café with its own kitchen. There is a sales room in the entrance area. In addition to exhibitions of fine arts, theater, music and dance events are also held there; the South Asian Documentary Film Festival also made a guest appearance in Bistaar. Likewise, there are always informal meetings of artists and discussion groups. In December 2017, Bistaar organized a three-day interdisciplinary art festival.

In 2016, ARThinkSouthAsia, a project of the Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF), identified Bistaar as one of the seven key organizations in Pakistan, India and Bangladesh and examined it in terms of funding and sustainability, as well as how such an organization the cultural context a city like Chittagong.
