Biudžetinių įstaigų buhalterinė apskaita is the largest (by number of employees) state organization in Lithuania and the second largest Lithuanian organization. According to its legal form, it is biudžetinė įstaiga (German "Budgetanstalt"). It has 13,842 employees (as of September 25, 2011). The seat is in the old town of Vilnius . The field of activity is bookkeeping ( bookkeeping ) of the Lithuanian budget agencies.
