Björn "The Rock" Bregy (born September 30, 1974 in Switzerland ) is a K1 fighter and former Yoseikan Budoka.
He is 2.02 m tall and weighs 125 kg (275.6 lbs). He has won 3 K-1 World Grand Prix so far . 2003 in Basel, 2006 and 2007 in Amsterdam. He also became World Champion in the Yoseikan Budo and WKA European Champion.
Bregy has a rate of 16 wins and 10 losses in K-1. He won 11 of the victories by knockout. One fight was not counted. Bregy currently lives and trains in Holland.
Probably his greatest success in K-1 was the tournament victory in Amsterdam in 2006 and the associated participation in the 2006 Final Elimination. Bregy lost, after a good start, but against the later K-1 champion 2006 Semmy Schilt .
