history

Black Majesty's guitarists Steve Janevski and Hanny Mohamed formed a band in 2001 under the name Kymera. The then bassist Cory Betts then left Kymera and the band was renamed Black Majesty. Singer John Cavaliere and drummer Pavel Kornvalinka also joined. The recording of Sands of Time was completed with the help of bassist Joe Fata, but this left the band before the release. The band has not had a permanent bass player since Joe Fata left. The drums for the second album were recorded by Pavel Kornvalinka with Piet Sielck from Iron Savior . This album was then presented with a small European tour and was released in 2005 under the name Silent Company . In Australia they did a tour with DragonForce . The album Tomorrowland was released on June 1, 2007 . This was followed on May 14, 2010 by the fourth album In Your Honor .
