Lead Street 15 (Stralsund)
The house with the postal address leads street 15 is a building in the Hanseatic city of Stralsund in the lead street .
The predecessor of today's building was erected as a two-storey , five-axis plastered building in the middle of the 18th century. The facade of the eaves-standing building was simply designed and, in addition to a cornice, had rusticated pilaster strips at the corners of the building.
After total disintegration in the 1990s, it was demolished in 2006 and a new building was built on the site; the house number was divided into 15 and 15 a .
The house is located in the core area of the city area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. The previous building was entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 111.
