The two-storey , three-axle house was built in the middle of the 18th century. The plastered eaves building with a high pitched roof has a protruding northern part of the building. The middle axis houses a portal with a basket arch and inside a double-winged, originally preserved front door with a diamond pattern.
The building is used as a residential building.
The house is located in the core area of the city area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 105.
