Bob Kelly (* 1928 ; † 2012 ) was a Canadian ice hockey player who played for HC Ambrì-Piotta in the National League A during his career .

Career

Kelly spent his entire NL career at HC Ambrì-Piotta , for whom he made his debut in the National League B in the 1952/53 season . In the same season promotion to the managed National League A . The Canadian fit in perfectly in his first season in the top Swiss league and scored 29 goals this season in 14 games. A highlight was the game on February 9, 1954 in Davos, when he scored eight goals in the 10-2 victory of the Ticino. Kelly was on the ice for Ambrì in National League A in a total of five seasons, all of which he finished as the team's most successful goalscorer. In the course of his career he completed a total of 70 NLA games in which he scored 126 goals. In 1958 he ended his active career.
