The BOCOM Financial Towers ( Chinese  交 银 金融 大厦 , Pinyin Jiāoyín Jīnróng Dàshà ) are one of the taller skyscrapers in Shanghai at 265 meters and 50 floors . The building was completed in 1999 and is located in the Pudong high-rise district .
