Body leasing

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Body leasing (also body leasing ) is a form of temporary temporary workers . The term also exists in English (literally body rental ), but for understanding it has to be explained as customer on site . With body leasing, the workplace is not (only) with the employer, but (regularly) with the customer. The customer provides the workplace, but does not assume any duties as an employer.

On-site IT services are often mentioned as body leasing, for example when IT specialists are outsourced to another company for a software project.
