Boeing Classic is a golf tournament as part of the Champions Tour , which is held in Snoqualmie , Washington near Seattle .
history
The tournament was founded as the Greater Seattle Champions Classic , before the local aircraft manufacturer Boeing became the name sponsor two months before the first edition and the tournament was held as the Boeing Greater Seattle Classic . The first winner was the American David Eger . In 2007 the name was changed again and has since taken place under the name Boeing Classic .
