Bonus RPK
Bonus RPK (born July 15, 1989 in Warsaw , Poland as Oliwier Roszczyk ), also known as BGU (Bonus Głos Ulicy) or Artysta Kombinator , is a Polish rapper and representative of the Polish street rap movement.
Live and act
Roszczyk is a member of ZDRPK lineup and the Collective Bielańska Forteca and Ciemna Strefa. Roszczyk got his start with the teams "Unikat" and "RPK" (Razem Ponad Kilo), which is where the addition of his artist name comes from. Roszczyk is a solo artist, but has often featured features in his songs, including: a. DDK RPK, Czarny Furiat, Hipotonia WIWP, Kafar, Steel Banging, Nizioł, Rogal DDL, Rufuz, Sokół or Quebonafide .
Conflict with the law
In March 2015 Roszczyk was by the police for drug trafficking but was arrested in December 2015 after a deposit had deposited, again set free.
In July 2018, Roszczyk was sentenced to 5.5 years' imprisonment and a fine of 500,000 złoty (approx. 116,000 euros ) before the Warsaw Wola District Court . The money from the drug trade and all things financed with the drug money were confiscated by the Polish authorities.
Roszczyk's appeal against the verdict was dismissed on the grounds that "there is no need for a first offense to be sent to prison for organized crime without parole". - The judgment became final on May 21, 2019 and was confirmed by the District Court in Warsaw. On June 8, 2019, Roszczyk appeared in the "Skandaliści" discussion group and denounced what he saw as the wrong behavior of the Polish authorities, which "... listen to a witness who has no evidence whatsoever for what he is here claimed about me. ".
Roszczyk's lawyers continue to challenge the local court's ruling by all means.
