Boraki

Boraki are filled dumplings in Armenian cuisine .

For the preparation you make a dough from wheat flour , eggs and water . This is used to form cylindrical pockets, one side of which remains open. Then the boraki are blanched and then fried in butter. The typical filling consists of a pre-fried mince from beef .
