Boris Saidman
Boris Saidman (* 1963 in Kishinev in today's Moldova ) is an Israeli writer. At the age of 13, he moved with his parents from what was then the Soviet Union to Israel. There he studied visual communication and now works as an art director .
In 2006 his novel Hemingway und die toten Vögel ( original Hebrew title: Hemingway Ve-Geshem Ha-Tziporim Ha-Metot , German first edition 2008) was published, in which he describes the memories of a Ukrainian Jew who emigrated to Israel as a child .
