Boris Talijančić
Boris Talijančić (* 1951 ) is a freelance journalist, illustrator, cartoonist and book illustrator. He was born in Split ( Croatia ) and lives there again today.
Talijančić initially studied law, but then switched to the art academy. After changing positions, he finally concentrated on drawing comic books , caricatures in newspapers and magazines, and illustrations for children's books. In Croatia he is best known for his historicizing comics from the series " Tempora Barbarorum ": " Borna ", "Equus", "Brennus" and "Drakkar".
Together with the French Sylvain Runberg , he created the comic series "Hammerfall", a saga from the Viking Age in the 8th century, which has been appearing in France and Belgium since 2007 .
