Borrie LSB Kolley , also spelled Colley or his first name Borry , is a Gambian politician .

Borrie LSB Kolley ran in the 2002 parliamentary elections as a candidate for the Alliance for Patriotic Reorientation and Construction (APRC) in the Foni Jarrol constituency in the Brikama Administrative Area . Since there was no opposing candidate from the opposition, he was able to win the constituency for himself. In the following parliamentary elections in 2007 , Kolley ran again as a candidate in the same constituency. Again there was no opposing candidate from the opposition, so he was able to win the constituency back for himself. Kolley also ran for the 2012 parliamentary elections . With 62.07% he was able to win the constituency in front of the independent candidate Abdou Sanneh.

Kolley was expelled from the APRC on October 10, 2013, and the IEC set by-elections in the Foni Jarrol constituency on January 9, 2014.
