Boxers are a punk band from Boston ( USA ) .

Band history

Boxer was founded in 1995 by Chris Pennie and Jeremy McDowell, among others.

With The Hurt Process, Boxers were the first band to release a complete record on the Vagrant Records label, establishing the popularity and success of Vagrant Records.

After the first album, the band broke up in late 1999. Some members then played in the punk rock band The Lot Six . Pennie was active as a drummer in the band The Dillinger Escape Plan from 1997 .
