Brünig indoor
Brünig Indoor is an underground shooting range in Lungern in the Swiss canton of Obwalden .
The facility was built by the specialist construction company Gasser Felstechnik in the Brünig rock and opened in 2002. It enables sport shooting with bows , crossbows and firearms at distances of up to 300 meters, regardless of the time of day and weather, and without noise emissions .
The facility, created on a private initiative, is listed in the catalog of sports facilities of national importance.
In addition to the firing range, the Cantina Caverna restaurant and the fire service tunnel training facility with a 150 m long fire tunnel, which is unique in Europe, are located in the rock .
