The most important activities of the company include underground construction ( tunnel and tunnel construction , small profiles, vertical and inclined shaft construction, Alimak tunneling, profile widening and niches), rock securing ( dealing with natural hazards, work in high alpine terrain, rockfall protection , rock cleaning, slope stabilization), special foundation engineering (nailing and shotcrete work , anchor work, micropiles, injections), blasting operations (rock removal, quarry management , safety blasting ), construction service (structural and civil engineering , infrastructure in the alpine region, raw materials and landfills ), explosives sales and Gasser Engineering AG. The company maintains the largest private explosives store in Switzerland and uses around 400 tons of various explosives every year.
Brünig Park
The Brünig Park consists of several tunnels and caverns that are carved into the rock adjacent to the company's headquarters in Lungern. The TechnoTunnel is a test tunnel and caverns with the appropriate infrastructure for practical tests, training and demonstrations of machines and materials under realistic conditions. Adjacent is the Brünig Indoor underground shooting range and the Cantina Caverna restaurant . The fire service tunnel training facility, unique in Europe, with a 150 m long fire tunnel of the Intercantonal Fire Service Training Center (International Fire Academy, ifa) is also part of the Brünig Park.
