Bradbury-Egglestone Syndrome

The Bradbury-Eggleston syndrome (also Pure Autonomic Failure , PAL) represents idiopathic orthostatic hypotension . The cause here is assumed to be an isolated autonomic insufficiency with corresponding degeneration of the postganglionic neurons .
