Burn hole
The fire hole is a cave in the canton of Schwyz . The entrance to the fire hole is located in the municipality of Muotathal at an altitude of 970 m above sea level. M. The first entrance has been known for a long time. From 1994 Hans Meier from the Muotathal cave group (HGM) worked on the cave with extreme one-man advances. The cave is home to several siphons and shafts, with the latter being able to pour down torrents.
