The Brazilian Embassy in Vienna is the diplomatic mission of the Republic of Brazil in the Republic of Austria and at the same time the country’s permanent representation to international organizations ( UNIDO , UNODC , UNOOSA , UNCITRAL ) in Vienna . It is located in the 1st district of Vienna at Pestalozzigasse 4, near the Academic Gymnasium .

The ambassador's residence is located in the Palais Rothschild (Prinz-Eugen-Straße 26) . This building was rented by the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 1960, and in 1987 it was acquired by the Brazilian state.

The current Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Brazil in Austria has been Ricardo Neiva Tavares (* 1957), previously Ambassador in Rome , since 2017 .
