The Bratsberg Democrats (literally: The Bratsberg Democrat) was a Norwegian newspaper that was printed in Skien in Telemark . Between 1924 and 1929 it was called Telemark Kommunistblad .

Bratsberg Democrats was founded on April 7, 1908 as a Labor Party newspaper for Telemark. On January 10, 1921, it merged with the Nybrott newspaper and was henceforth Folkets Dagblad , which now functioned as the regional newspaper for Telemark and Vestfold . However, the merger was canceled on May 19, 1922.

In 1923 the newspaper was usurped by the Norges Kommunistiske Parti . The following year the newspaper was renamed Telemark Kommunistblad . The publication was stopped on June 28, 1929.

Among the best-known editors of the newspaper is Eivind Reiersen , who published the newspaper in the years 1919–1921 and 1924–1928.
