Walter Chlebowsky
Walter Chlebowsky (* 1890 in Berlin ; † 1965 in Mannheim ) was mayor of Mińsk Mazowiecki and Belgard an der Persante .
Life
After graduating from high school in 1908, Chlebowsky began studying law at the Friedrich Wilhelm University in Berlin . There he was briefly a member of the Teutonia fraternity . In 1912 he moved to the University of Würzburg , where he received his doctorate degree in 1913 with the dissertation “The community is the most suitable public body for alleviating the unemployment situation”. jur. received his doctorate. From 1916 to 1918 he was appointed mayor of Minsk-Mazowiecki. After the First World War he was a consultant at the German Association of Cities and in 1926 became mayor of Belgard an der Persante. From 1938 he worked in the administrative service of the city of Mannheim, most recently as senior administrative member.
