Brecht Evens (* 1986 ) is a Belgian comic book writer.
biography
Brecht Evens made his debut as a comic artist in 2004 with the comic "Een boodschap uit de ruimte", followed by "Vincent" (2006) and "Nachtdieren" (2007). At the Fumetto Festival 2010, a solo exhibition of the Flemish was presented for the first time under the title “Here and Now”. With “Ergens waar je niet will zijn” he achieved his international breakthrough: The German-language edition was published in 2010 under the title “At the wrong place”. Translations in French and English are already available. Evens lives as a comic artist and illustrator in Paris.
