The villa at Bredenscheider Straße 8 is a building in Hattingen .

For 40 years it was the seat of the library of the Evangelical Church Community Welper-Blankenstein with a stock of 5000 books. It was relocated to the Reschop Carré in 2009 . The subsequent use and sale by the city of Hattingen turned out to be difficult because of the need for renovation.

The villa is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Hattingen .
