The Bremner Bluff are around 100 m high cliffs on the south coast of King George Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . They tower on the west bank of Legru Bay .
The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 1998 after the geomorphologist Alexander Bremner (1863–1943) a pioneer of glaciology in northeast Scotland .
