Brockenscheidt

Brockenscheidt is one of seven farmers in the town of Waltrop in the Recklinghausen district . It lies east to south-east of the core city. Adjacent to Brockenscheidt is the Lünen district of Brambauer , as well as the Waltrop farmers' associations Elmenhorst , Lippe , Holthausen and Leveringhausen . The most important sight is the Brockenscheidt dump including the gauge tower . The population, together with the Elmenhorst farmers, totaled 1,153 citizens on January 31, 2014.

The highest point in the town of Waltrop is 95 meters above sea level in the Brockenscheidt farming community. M. This is located in a wooded area between Krusenhof and Bücherstraße. Latitude 51.60823721 and longitude 7.41158724.
