Brookfield Place is an office complex under construction that will consist of two skyscrapers. The two buildings will be constructed in downtown Calgary between 1st & 2nd Street and 6th & 7th Avenues SW.

Construction of the taller Brookfield Place Tower 1 (East) began in October 2013. The building will have 56 floors and will reach a height of 247 meters after completion.

The building is being built by Brookfield Office Properties , a Canadian investor, developer and real estate management company headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. In addition to offices, the building will have a mall with several shops, restaurants and other facilities. The building will have an underground car park with 1,100 parking spaces. The building will be connected to the existing Skywalk system from Calgary. The Canadian oil company Cenovus Energy has been announced as the main tenant who will use most of the rental space .
