The half-timbered house Bruchstraße 13/13 A is in the district Mülfort in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).

The building was built in 1849. It was entered in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach on December 15, 1987 under No. B 055 .

The free - standing half - timbered eaves house in Mülfort with the gate entrance set back on the left and a small stable building (last used as a bakery ) is part of a formerly closed courtyard . In the gate lintel dating 1849. The two-story house is divided into six compartments across developed and with a gable roof covered.

Although only preserved as the remnants of a courtyard, the property is worth protecting as a characteristic half-timbered house from the 18th century in a typical regional construction and in connection with the development on the opposite side of the street for reasons of settlement and architectural history.
