The building at Brunnenstrasse 2 is a listed residential building in the village of Frößnitz in the municipality of Petersberg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the northern part of the village on the east side of Brunnenstrasse . In the past, the address at Köthener Straße 2 also existed at times .

Architecture and history

The large two-storey house dates from the early 19th century and was part of a larger farm. The facade of the building is clad with slate , which is unusual for the region .

The exterior and interior design has been preserved unaltered. On the street side there is a fenced in front garden in front of the house .

In the local register of monuments , the house is listed as a monument under registration number 094 55309 . The building has been empty for a long time and is in dire need of renovation.
