Bruno Calise was a French racing car driver .

Racing career

Bruno Calise took part in the Le Mans 24-hour race once in his career . This 24-hour race was held for the first time in 1923 and, after the bad weather in May, it was moved to the later traditional start date in June 1924 . Calise contested the race together with René Dreux on an Alba with a 1.5-liter 4-cylinder in- line engine . The duo failed early in the race after a radiator damage to the vehicle.
