Bruno Michaud

Bruno Michaud (born October 14, 1935 ; † November 1, 1997 ) was a Swiss football player , football coach and politician .

He played for FC Basel from 1955–70 and in Lausanne from 1957–59 . He scored 22 goals in 322 games and rose to defensive chief and captain. In May 1967 he was called up for the Swiss national football team. From April 26, 1972 to May 9, 1973 he was her interim trainer . As such, he recorded 1 win, 5 draws and 1 loss.

Michaud was a member of the Social Democratic Party and represented it in the Grand Council of the Canton of Basel-Stadt from 1968-76 .
