Bruno Black
Bruno CW Schwarze (* 1876 ; † 1960 ) was a German engineer and ministerial official.
Career
Schwarze received his doctorate in engineering. In 1941 he was Ministerialleiter in the Reich Ministry of Transport . After the Second World War he was President of the Higher Examination Office for the Higher Technical Administrative Service for the British Zone / United Economic Area (OPA) in Bielefeld.
