Buck Wild is an American skatepunk band founded in 1995 by Shawn Dewey - former guitarist and second singer of Lagwagon .

history

Buck Wild was initially considered a side project of Shawn Dewey, which he founded with befriended drummer and guitarist Dave Hanacek. Shortly after a first EP called Little Punch You in the Ear , which was released in 1995, Dewey left Lagwagon due to a dispute and henceforth focused on his new project. The 1996 debut album Beat Me Silly was followed by a European tour with Undeclineable Ambuscade and Ten Foot Pole. However, shortly after the release of their second album Full Metal Overdrive in 1999, the band broke up. Meanwhile, Buck Wild is back.

Shawn started a Facebook page that mentioned that new music should be released in 2013.
