Bucureşti Mall

București Mall (also Mall Vitan ) is a shopping center in Bucharest , Romania .

It is located on Calea Vitan , near the Dudeşti and Văcăreşti districts, about 1 km outside the historic center of Bucharest . The four-story, 50,000 m² shopping center was opened in September 1999. At the time of its completion, it was the first shopping center in Romania.

The total built-up area is around 90,000 m² today and houses over 110 shops and a variety of options for leisure, entertainment and shopping under one roof on 38,000 m² of retail space. In addition to a multiplex cinema, the building complex also houses a bowling center, casino, several cafes and a restaurant with an artificial ice rink. The construction costs amounted to 57 million euros. In 2003 the adjacent parking garage was expanded. Around 2,000 parking spaces are available to visitors.

The operator is Ancher Grup SA from Turkey.
