Budrich UniPress

Budrich UniPress was founded in 2007 as a specialist scientific publisher by Barbara Budrich . With its headquarters in Leverkusen-Opladen , Budrich UniPress primarily oversees research-related publications in the social and educational sciences, such as the 2011 Julius Klinkhardt Prize dissertation by Kerstin te Heesen ("The illustrated leaflet as a medium of knowledge in the early modern era"). In addition to books in German and English, scientific journals are published regularly. Budrich UniPress publishes part of its program in open access ; however, most of the program appears in print.
