The menhir Bugul er Hoët (also called Berger du Bois, Berger de la Madeleine or Menhir de Bugul-er-Hoët ) is located northwest of the hamlet of Bord-er-Mohet in the 3000 hectare Forêt de Quénécan (also called la petite Suisse Bretonne ), in Cléguérec near Pontivy in the north of the Morbihan department in Brittany in France .

The tallest of the menhirs in the forest, in which there are still many small menhirs, is phallic , about 4.5 meters high, 1.2 m wide and 0.6 m thick. It comes from a large rock outcrop . Ashes and fragments of pottery were found at its foot.

Nearby are the Allée couverte of Bod er Mohet and on the summit of the 289 m high Breuil du Chêne , the highest point in the forest, the Calvaire Saut du Chevrueil .
