Federal Working Group of Christian Democratic Lawyers
The Federal Working Group of Christian Democratic Jurists (BACDJ) is a working group of the CDU Germany. He supports and advises the federal executive board of the CDU on legal policy issues and participates in legal policy discussions in all areas of society. Anyone who recognizes Christian democratic principles can become a member . Membership in the CDU is not required.
The BACDJ is chaired by Günter Krings, Member of the Bundestag .
At the state level, the same tasks are performed by the state working groups of Christian Democratic Lawyers ( LACDJ ), some of which are further subdivided into regional working groups, for example. In the CSU there is a similar working group for lawyers (AKJ).
