The Federal Disciplinary Act regulates the civil service procedure in the Federal Republic of Germany in the event of official offenses by federal civil servants . It applies in accordance with Section 77 (1) and (3) of the Federal Civil Service Act and replaced the Federal Disciplinary Code on January 1, 2002 .

In the federal states, the disciplinary law is regulated in their own laws, which follow the same concept in terms of detail, despite partly different laws.
