The Federal Commercial Academy and Federal Commercial School Gänserndorf is a commercial academy and commercial school in the town of Gänserndorf in Lower Austria .
history
The commercial school was founded in 1959 and the commercial academy in 1972 as schools of the Viennese merchant class . In 1975 the school, which had previously been housed on a makeshift basis, moved into a specially constructed building, which was expanded in 1982 and adapted again in 2003. After it was taken over by the federal government in 1991, the school was given its current name.
Access
Together with the New Middle School in Gänserndorf, the "Lower Austria School Model" is offered, with which the new middle school combines the advantages of the Hauptschule with the opportunities of the Gymnasium.
Focus
As part of school autonomy , the commercial academy offers the four main areas of information and communication technology - e-business , management, controlling and accounting , communication management and marketing, and management for cultural tourism .
