The Federal Association of German Swimming Masters eV is a specialist and professional association of German swimming masters, junior staff and other pool staff and aims to promote and represent the interests of the profession. The members work in the baths as lifeguards , swimming master assistants , swimming masters , specialist employees for swimming pools and masters for swimming pools .
