Burnside Skatepark
The Burnside Skatepark is a skatepark in Portland , Oregon . It was originally built by skateboarders in 1990 without the city's approval, but is now recognized as a public skate park. The public skate park is located under the east end of the Burnside Bridge and hence gets its name.
Appearances in the media
The Burnside Skatepark appears as a playable level in the video games Tony Hawk's Skateboarding , Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 and Grind Session . He was also the set for the films Free Willy and Paranoid Park .
