The Buzza Hill Dolmen

The Buzza Hill Dolmen is located on the eponymous hill above Hugh Town , west of St Mary's Hospital on St Mary’s , an island in the Isles of Scilly off the coast of Cornwall in England .

Over 80 entrance graves are registered on the islands , which differ greatly in their degree of conservation. Most date from the late Neolithic (around 2500 BC) and were in use until around 700 BC. Used.

The small chamber on Buzza Hill does not seem to have had access. It is possible that the remains came from a stone box . The capstone and some bearing stones appear to be in situ . A large stone at the northeast end was probably the end stone.

During the excavation in the middle of the 18th century nothing was found.
